This is a spectacular 18k gold blue topaz pendant with 3 diamonds and a special clasp that is specially made to complement the elegant look of a pearl necklace. It is handmade in Brazil so you're getting a blue topaz from the source of this dazzling stone. The blue topaz is approximately 16 carats with 3 diamonds totalling .06 carats. The total length of the pendant is 1 3/8 inches and the width of the stone at its widest point is a little over 1/2 inch. The length of the stone itself is 3/4 inch.
